Information about the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform regarding the out-of-court resolution of online contractual disputes between traders and consumers
Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 addresses ODR resolution for consumer disputes. ODR shall from 9 January 2016 facilitate the out-of-court resolution of contractual disputes between traders and consumers regarding online sales or service contracts via the ODR platform. The EU Commission has made the ODR platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
