Shaping the bank for the future with a far-sighted sustainability strategy
The Supervisory Board of Hypo Vorarlberg monitors the activities of the Managing Board. Regarding to the applicable articles of the statute, the commitee consists of a chairman, a deputy chairman and four to eight shareholder representatives.
The members of the current Supervisory Board of the Bank are eight shareholder representatives and four delegates of the Works Council. These are chosen by the Works Council from among the council members within the meaning of the Austrian Labour Constitution Act.
