Organisational Structure

We place great emphasis on a lean organisational structure and flat hierarchies. Our employees communicate directly and efficiently – without long official channels and bureaucratic obstacles. This naturally also applies to relationships with our customers. They benefit from this communication culture because it means that they are given faster, more individual and more personal service.

Institution

The managing board of Hypo Vorarlberg consists of Michel Haller (CEO), Wilfried Amann and Philipp Hämmerle.

A good bank must be predictable and reliable. Only then can it establish and put into practice long-term customer relationships founded on trust. Based on this philosophy, we at Hypo Vorarlberg have been working with the sustainable, local-based and sound business model of a regional bank for many years. This means that we limit our activities to the markets that we know, while also creating a special proximity to our customers that protects them from surprises even in difficult times.
The Managing Board of Hypo Vorarlberg

The Supervisory Board of Hypo Vorarlberg monitors the activities of the Managing Board. Regarding to the applicable articles of the statute, the commitee consists of a chairman, a deputy chairman and four to eight shareholder representatives. The members of the current Supervisory Board of the Bank are ten shareholder representatives and five delegates of the Works Council. These are chosen by the Works Council from among the council members within the meaning of the Austrian Labour Constitution Act.
